Groups

We are able to accommodate groups from twenty to two-hundred within our hotel. We frequently host groups ranging from sports teams and winter enthusiasts to corporate retreats. Motorcoach operators find our accommodations spacious and well-maintained and our service friendly and attentive. Amenities for motorcoach tours include welcome reception, on premise parking, baggage handling and pre-registration.

We do not reserve blocks of rooms for weddings. Wedding guests are more than welcome to reserve on an individual basis and we are always happy to provide up-to-date rates and availability for you or your guests.

Government Rates

Government Rates are offered Sunday - Thursday nights to State or Federal Employees who are traveling on government business. We are located in Essex County, New York and our rates are structured to fall within the per diem set by most State and Federal agencies. Tax exempt certificates are required for all government guests and must be presented at check-in. Please note that we are unable to offer government rates on Friday and Saturday nights as well as special event dates and holidays.

Corporate Rates

We offer competitively priced corporate rates on Sunday - Thursday nights year-round for business travelers. Amenities include free local calls, high speed internet access, complimentary morning newspaper, and on-site meeting space. We are unable to offer the corporate rates on Friday and Saturday nights as well as special event dates and holidays.
